HOW ANDREW WORKS
Built around your goals
Eight years of practice, trained at the Soma Institute in Chicago. Every session starts with a conversation about where it hurts, what you're training for, and what you want to get back to doing. Then Andrew builds the massage around those goals, blending myofascial and neuromuscular techniques with focused trigger point work for the knots that keep coming back.
For overworked tendons and stubborn tightness, he adds steady, controlled isometric holds that ease tension and help tendons feel stronger and more supported, without forcing your range. A favorite with lifters, runners, and anyone with a nagging elbow, knee or shoulder.
Massage services provided by Andrew H Sears, LMT #M06421 · Licensed by the Maryland State Board of Massage Therapy Examiners.
