CORPORATE WELLNESS · ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY

Every office has the same quiet tide running through it: shoulders creeping up toward ears, necks locked toward screens, and a crew that's a little more wound up on Thursday than it was on Monday. Our Corporate Wellness program brings licensed massage therapists right to your workplace, so your team can step away from the desk for a few minutes and come back looser, calmer and more focused.

Ten minutes in the chair. A whole afternoon of feeling human again.

What a visit looks like

We pull up with professional massage chairs, sanitizing supplies and a sign-up sheet. Guests stay fully clothed and pick a 7, 10, 15 or 30-minute session focused on the neck, shoulders, back and arms. Your team doesn't plan a thing. They sit down, breathe out and let us do the work.

Choose your course

  • Harbor Break · a one-time visit for an office, team or event. $110 per therapist hour, with a 3-hour minimum for one therapist or 1.5 hours with two (from $330). Each therapist sees about 12 to 25 guests in three hours.

  • Steady Course · six recurring visits, monthly or quarterly, at $99 per therapist hour (10% off). The same therapist comes back when possible, so your crew gets to know them.

  • Regatta Day · three therapists for four hours or more at $105 per therapist hour. Made for health fairs, conferences and big appreciation days.

  • First Visit Offer · your company's first three-hour Harbor Break for $299.

  • Refer a Company · introduce us to another business and get a $50 credit when they book their first event.

Booking, deposits and the fine print

  • A 50% deposit holds your date. The balance is invoiced after the event and due within 15 days.

  • Steady Course clients pay the deposit on the first visit only, then are invoiced monthly.

  • Give us 7 days' notice to cancel for a full refund or reschedule for free.

  • We reply to every inquiry within 2 hours.

Why offices book us

Our therapists are licensed by the Maryland State Board of Massage Therapy Examiners, and therapeutic, pain-relief work is what we do every day. So even a ten-minute chair session is focused and purposeful, not a quick back rub. Bring us aboard for a team day and see what a calmer office feels like.
