Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and no-show policy - Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. You can do it online, or call or text 443-266-2550. - Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are charged 50% of the service price. - No-shows, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late, are charged the full service price. - If you arrive late, your session still ends at its scheduled time so the next client isn't delayed, and the full price applies. - Sick or facing a true emergency? Let us know as soon as you can. We'll waive the fee once, at the therapist's discretion. Please reschedule rather than come in with a fever or contagious illness. - If we ever need to cancel, you get a full refund, deposit included. Professional conduct - Massage at Naptown Massage & Movement is strictly therapeutic, with no sexual component under any circumstances. - Any sexual comment, request or touch ends the session immediately. The full session price is charged, and you won't be able to book with us again. - New in-home clients get a short phone call before the first visit.
