CROFTON · GAMBRILLS

Our Crofton studio is home to Andrew H Sears, LMT, co-owner of Naptown Massage and Movement. You'll find him inside Ischyra Soma Fitness at 1166 State Route 3 S, Suite 105, Gambrills, MD 21054.

Tell him what you want to feel and be able to do. He'll chart the course from there.

How He Works

Every session starts with listening: he asks what you want to feel and be able to do, then builds the work around it. Andrew sees the body as a connected whole, where one tight spot usually tells a story about somewhere else. Instead of just chasing the sore spot, he follows that story, paying attention to muscle tension and to how the nervous system shapes the way you move and feel, so you leave moving better than when you came in.

Who He's a Great Fit For

  • Athletes and active people who want better training and recovery

  • Anyone dealing with knots or pain that keep coming back

  • Desk workers with tight necks and shoulders

  • Anyone curious about how their own body works

Andrew loves explaining what he finds and what it means for you, so feel free to ask questions on the table.

Off the Clock

Away from the studio, Andrew is usually near the water, kayaking around Annapolis or out at Assateague. He also loves functional training, computer games and learning anything about physiology and psychology. The curiosity doesn't switch off when he leaves work.
